So This morning at about 11:15 am Talked to The Tyler Municipal Court (Battery ran down on Hold from 10:30 am Call with Jennifer) about Being told by Michelle of the RECORDS DEPT OF The Tyler PD that I must Obtain the Police Report from The Tyler Municipal Court "That's Where They must be because I don't have Them" " You Need to go There "Tyler Municipal Court"
I called Jennifer back and she stated that "You have to File a Motion for Discovery" I stated that It is the fault of the Judge Patterson ( "You have to Obtain the Police Report From The Tyler PD") on Transcripts and Both The Tyler PD Records and That I should Have a Motion for Continuance as well.. I asked her If THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE BEFORE ..? She (Jennifer) STATED " NO YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED TO . !! "
Since This is The FIRST TIME This Has Ever Happened To Anyone and IT IS CLEARLY THE FAULT Of THE Tyler Municipal Court- via Judge Patterson I should CLEARLY THEREFORE be Entitled to a Continuance Under The Law !! OTHERWISE It Is A Miscarriage of The TISSUE DAMAGED JUNK ASS TYLER-SMITH COUNTY TEXAS CRIMINAL INJUSTICE SYSTEM !!!

Sgt Thompson Middle aged Female Tyler PD stated The Defective Leadership and Incompetent Supervision " Is There something we can get him on Like Walking Where There is No Sidewalk" She Looked In Both Directions on WSW Loop 323 and " No There is No Sidewalk To Walk On We Can't Get Him For That" Texas Trans Code 552 ;Pedestrians
Sec. 552.006. USE OF SIDEWALK. (a) A pedestrian may not walk along and on a roadway if an adjacent sidewalk is provided and is accessible to the pedestrian.
This is Permitted.
(b) If a sidewalk is not provided, a pedestrian walking along and on a highway shall if possible walk on:
(1) the left side of the roadway; or
(2) the shoulder of the highway facing oncoming traffic.
(c) The operator of a vehicle emerging from or entering an alley, building, or private road or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian approaching on a sidewalk extending across the alley, building entrance or exit, road, or driveway
